Have you ever thought about studying at Havard? Year 12 and Year 13 students were introduced to the possibility of going to university in the U.S.A, as part of our Wildcard Wednesday programme. As was explained by the Head of Havard Outreach U.K., there is the potential for funding that covers everything from tuition fees to living costs and even flights home. Students also learnt that while U.K. universities allow students to specialise in their chosen subject, American undergraduate courses offer less depth but much greater breadth, with students able to take modules in a huge range of different subjects before deciding what to major in.
