Engineering Talk

Engineer Josh Shimmin, from consultancy firm Max Fordham,  visited Wren at the end of October to talk to Year 13 Physics students. He discussed the many options open to those pursuing a career in engineering, including civil engineering, mechanical engineering and chemical engineering. Josh discussed some of the projects he and his company have been involved with, such as the Tate Modern, the National Museum of Scotland and the Statzione Napoli, the main railway station in Naples (below).
