In our fourth year of GCSE results, students from Wren Academy have achieved the best results in the Academy’s history. These results are even a significant improvement upon last year, which was in itself a new benchmark for the Academy.  This marks the fourth successive year when our results have improved and this year results are better than ever in almost all areas.

The headline figures are:
Provisional Attainment 8:  61.5
Provisional Progress 8: +0.75
Cs or above in English and Maths: 88%
5A*-C including English & Maths: 84%
5A*-A:  41%
English Baccalaureate:  56%
These results can be attributed to the hard work our students have done and to the dedication and hard work of our teaching staff and other colleagues who have worked relentlessly to give our students the best educational experience over their time in school.

Many students have done very well.  Of particular note are Anna Fredericks who achieved 12 A*s plus one A grade, and Beatrice Barr who achieved 11A*s plus an A grade.  There are other students who have also done particularly well in terms of the progress that they have made in their time at the Academy, and these include Gloria Hii, who achieved an estimated Progress 8 score of +3.95 and Elaiha Cheshti, who achieved an estimated Progress 8 score of +3.44.
