Wren ranked in top 100 non selective state schools Posted: 21/04/16

We are delighted to have received a letter of congratulations from Nick Gibb the Minister of State for Schools.

We are delighted to have received a letter of congratulations from Nick Gibb the Minister of State for Schools. He has commended Wren Academy for being ranked in the top 100 non-selective state schools in the following areas:

  • Percentage of students attaining five or more GCSEs at grade A*-C including English and mathematics
  • Percentage of students achieving the English Baccalaureate
  • Value Added Progress of students from Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 4

The letter demonstrates that the results of Wren Academy students are exceptional. They have been achieved through the fantastic commitment of our students backed up by the support of parents and staff. It is our dedication to developing the learning attributes of each student and a single minded focus on excellence which has led to such successful outcomes. We are confident that our current students will achieve equally impressive results in the summer.
